A husband visits his wife lying in a hospital bed. A quiet opening. The instant his eyes focus on the sight of iron sticking out of concrete in a building under construction the audience is assaulted by a series of images that make it seem as though dimensions have gone mad. A work in which vertical and horizontal (and sometimes arcing) thoughts run through most of the scenes, and “design cartography” is imposed upon the temporal axis of image and narrative.
