High-school students who live communally in a building in the countryside. As if having lost their frontal cortexes, they languidly repeat monotonous summer days. Running in the morning, tending the fields, diaries whose contents never change, photographs of faces posted on the wall, the sound of wind-bells, a bus stop to which buses never come, accompanying an organ. Friends who are sometimes put in a pull-cart and taken away to the outside. Stories that give rise to various imaginings. These are the endless days of August.
Born in Okegawa city, Saitama Prefecture in 1992. Currently a student in the Tama Art University Department of Moving Images and Performing Arts. Main work is “PICNIC” (13).
