A pen drawing-style animation that depicts the daily life of Toby, a rooster who for some time has been suffering from insomnia in a city of nights drenched in blinding light. This fable of an obsession with darkness and light is told through simple lines. Eventually night comes to a white and grey world that has lost its color. The words of the narration and the images are superimposed at a meta level.
　

WAKABAYASHI Moe

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1992. Creates mainly animated works. Graduated from Tama Art University’s Department of Moving Images and Performing Arts in 2015. Major works include FUWARI (14).
