A certain alley in Tokyo. Is this so-called “Yanesen” area? It has atmosphere, and is a popular spot for street-watching. The filmmaker hunts only the shadow of himself holding a camera, and the moment he catches its outline the movement of the sun causes it to slip away. The “shape” that is not fixed forever is the outline of myself, alive and observed in the street. A linear film realized with speculative concepts and dry humor. (SAWA Takashi)
