XUE Jianqiang

Born in 80s. left the school when he was 16, then started wandering in different cities, from 1999 to 2007 engaged in kinds of jobs, like forging iron, cleaning vehicle, has worked in medicine factory or hairdresser, also repaired computer, drawing comics etc.etc…in this period he wrote some poems, novels, also made the drawings or animations. Since 2007 he started independent filmmaking, his works, no matter fiction or documentary, often show somehow experimental touch.
