A couple of mother-daughter told reporters that they’ve been persecuted by their neighbors. They did not know that the reporter is a fake one. At the same time, a man holding a camera in the Bund, quietly waiting for the emergence of the target … what do they want?
“A few months ago I shot some interesting documentary pieces, a family call the television station for help, they sued their neighbors, they told me their neighbors use a variety of strange ways to persecution them. So far I still can not tell them about the authenticity, but I think they reveal about the anxiety and insecurity, that is how people who living in Shanghai feel. At the same time, I took out a tape I shot two years ago, a music concert at metro, after that I shot some fictional sequences. This short film is composed of these three parts.” (Mai Mai)
　　

Mai Mai

Based in Shanghai. born in 1982 Jiangsu province. Studied in Shanghai Drama Academy from 2002-2006.
