Second feature film by Jack Smith that can be considered as a sequel to ‘Flaming Creatures.’ Monsters and mermaids that seemed to appear from 1930s horror flicks, gather and have a feast in the brightly colored paradise that could only exist within our imagination. This work could be interpreted as Smith’s obsession towards Maria Montes, the queen of Hollywood B-‐ movies.
