Line of sight, and the circumstances in which a person is placed, sometimes make that person ask themselves what an “individual” is. In the midst of this interrogation they stare straight at themselves, and sometimes they reject or change themselves, and sometimes they give up.
　

NAKAMURA Tomomichi

Born in Okayama Prefecture in 1972.Began creating animation around 2004. Created the animated work BOKU NO MACHI in 2007. Took part in the Image Forum Festival and the Vancouver International Film Festival. In 2007 made ARI, a work screened at many festivals and art galleries around the world including the Oberhausen International Film Festival.
