What if Tamori reached menopause and did TV program “Bra-tamori”? From this idea, with an image of David Bowie in an “Hours” jersey and sandals in my head, I made this little documentary portraying a languid, fuzzy-headed feeling using sketch-like footage I had laying around in collaboration with manga artist ENOMOTO Yumi. TERASHIMA Mari

Has been making moving-image works and staging screenings since the mid-1980s. Won the 1991 Image Forum Festival Grand Prix for her 8mm film THE GREENBUG.
