A colony of four-leaved plants. Or maybe flower petals? One of them becomes huge, splits open like a shell, and releases melon-type creatures. As they have no color, their shapes made of lines evoke diverse images. Plants, animals, organs. Seeming organic, seeming inorganic, they constantly bring something different to mind. From here a story of the sequencing and dissimilation of images emerges.
　

NOVE Hayato

Born in Saitama in 1971. Illustrator and graphic designer. Formed the group “breath piece” and began creating original works in 2004. CATERPILLAR, a work of digital animation released in 2013, was selected for DOTMOV FESTIVAL 2013.
